Terms of Service

These terms apply to every use of Duna by a business customer. Please read them carefully; by starting a subscription you agree to them.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. About these terms

Duna is provided by DodoLabs PropTech Solutions B.V., Vinkenburgstraat 2A, 3512 AB Utrecht, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 97693464, VAT no. NL868186806B01 ("DodoLabs", "we"). These terms form the agreement between DodoLabs and the business that subscribes to Duna ("you"). Duna is intended for business use only; by subscribing you confirm that you act for a business or profession and that consumer protection rules for distance contracts therefore do not apply. Any order form or written offer we agree with you forms part of the agreement and takes precedence over these terms if they conflict. Our Privacy Policy and data processing agreement also form part of the agreement.

2. The service

Duna is an online service that helps you plan, write, schedule and publish social media content, reach out to creators, answer leads and book appointments, and report on results. The features available to you depend on your plan and the add-ons you choose. We continuously improve Duna and may change or replace features, as long as we do not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan during your current billing period.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping login details confidential and for all activity in your workspace. Only give access to people who act on your behalf. Tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans, fair use and add-ons

Each plan includes the number of brands, social accounts and AI posts described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe, together with a fair-use AI budget. The fair-use budget covers normal use of every feature in your plan; it is not a separate quota you buy. We show your usage in the product and warn you well before you reach a limit. If usage is far above normal for your plan for two consecutive months, for example because of automated bulk generation, we will contact you to agree a better-fitting plan or add-on, and we may temporarily slow AI features that put the service at risk for other customers. We never charge for extra usage without your written agreement.

Add-ons (such as the AI Sales Team, CRM integration, influencer outreach, engagement automation and training) can be added to any plan. Bundle discounts apply as shown on the pricing page. One-time services such as training are billed once.

5. Payment and taxes

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which we add where required. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless paid by card or direct debit. If a payment is late, we may suspend the service after notifying you and giving you at least 14 days to pay. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Term, cancellation and termination

Monthly plans run month to month and yearly plans for twelve months; both renew automatically for the same period. You can cancel at any time in the product or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund periods already started, unless the law requires it. We may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. After termination you can export your data for 90 days, after which we delete it.

7. Agency and reseller programme

Agencies can resell Duna to their own clients on the Agency plan. The following applies in addition to the rest of these terms:

  • Seats. The Agency plan includes three client workspaces. Each additional client workspace is billed at the wholesale seat price on our pricing page or in your partner offer. Seats can be added or removed month to month; changes apply from the next billing month.
  • Your clients. You contract with, set prices for and invoice your own clients. We invoice you only for the Agency plan, extra seats and add-ons. You remain responsible for your clients' use of Duna and must pass on obligations at least as protective as the acceptable use rules in these terms.
  • White-label. You may present Duna under your own brand and domain. You may not claim that you own the Duna software, and you may not make promises about Duna on our behalf that go beyond these terms.
  • Data. For the data of your clients you act as controller or processor towards them, and DodoLabs acts as your (sub-)processor under our data processing agreement.
  • Training and certification. Partner training is provided as described in your partner offer. We may end partner status if the programme rules are seriously breached; in that case we help you move your clients to a direct Duna subscription or export their data.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use Duna lawfully and in line with the terms of every platform you connect (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google). In particular, you will not use Duna to:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people who asked not to be contacted
  • run follow/unfollow, mass-liking, mass-commenting or other engagement manipulation; Duna does not offer these features and they must not be built on top of it
  • create or buy fake engagement of any kind, such as fake followers, likes, views, comments or reviews, engagement pods, or fake or impersonating accounts
  • circumvent a platform's rate limits, API rules, verification or anti-automation measures
  • publish content that is illegal, misleading, discriminatory or infringes the rights of others
  • make unlawful health, financial or product claims, or hide that content is advertising where disclosure is required
  • process special categories of personal data without a valid legal basis
  • reverse engineer, overload or try to break the security of the service

You remain responsible for complying with the terms of every connected platform; a platform may restrict or close your account if those terms are broken. We may remove content or suspend access where necessary to stop a breach, and will tell you why.

9. Your content and licences

You keep all rights to the content, brand assets and data you upload or connect, and to the content Duna generates for you. You give us a limited licence to host, process and publish that content only as needed to provide Duna to you. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the material you use, including images, music and the personal data of your audience.

10. AI output and your approval

Duna uses AI models to draft posts, captions, messages and replies. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and similar output may be generated for other customers. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published or sent. By default everything goes through an approval queue; if you switch on auto-publishing or automatic replies for a channel, you accept responsibility for what is published or sent under the rules you set. Duna does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

11. Third-party platforms and integrations

Duna connects to services we do not control, such as social networks, CRMs, calendars and video-call tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. If a platform changes or limits its API, some Duna features may change or stop working; we will tell you and work on an alternative, but we are not liable for changes made by third parties.

12. Availability and support

We work to keep Duna available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We plan maintenance outside busy hours where possible and announce larger maintenance in advance. Support is available by email and in the product; response times depend on your plan.

13. Intellectual property

Duna, including its software, design and documentation, and the Duna name and logo, belong to DodoLabs or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Duna for your business during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve Duna without obligation to you.

14. Liability

Our total liability arising from the agreement is limited to the fees you paid for Duna in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data that you could have backed up, reputational damage, or damage caused by content you approved or set to publish automatically. These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness, or where the law does not allow them.

15. Data protection

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as your processor under our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data for which we are the controller.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the agreement are governed by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. Any dispute will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Utrecht (District Court of Midden-Nederland), unless mandatory law determines otherwise. We will always try to resolve a disagreement with you directly first.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply; continuing to use Duna after that date means you accept them.
